How to register
Registration for ICHA2025 is available through the 4ID Congress Play registration platform.

- ISSHA members
Current ISSHA members are eligible for a discounted registration rate. To access this reduced rate, please provide your ISSHA membership number during the registration process.
- Non members
If you are not yet an ISSHA member but intend to join, please enter “####” in the ISSHA membership number field when completing your ICHA2025 registration.
- Students
To access the registration fee as an undergraduate and/or postgraduate student, students must attach their regular student certificate, valid for the academic year 2025, on the registration platform. Otherwise, they will not be eligible for the reduced fee.
Registration Period
- Early Registration: January 13, 2025 – May 16, 2025
- Late Registration: May 17, 2025 – September 19, 2025
Important: If you plan to submit an abstract, the submission deadline is June 1, 2025.

Registration Fees Include:
- Admission to all scientific sessions
- Abstract book (PDF)
- Conference bag with materials
- Icebreaker event attendance
- Welcome reception attendance
- ISSHA auction attendance
- Lunches and coffee breaks
- Registration fee receipt
- Official attendance certificate
- Applicable consumption tax
Note: The registration fee does not include the Gala Dinner or tours.
Accompanying person registration fees include
- Conference bag
- Attendance at the Ice breaker event
- Attendance at the Welcome reception
- Payment receipts (invoice)
Note “Accompanying person’ means family members (e.g. husband, wife, children) accompanying an attendee registered in ICHA2025 Accompanying persons are not permitted to access the scientific sessions of the conference. Not include the Gala Dinner or tours.
Cancellation policy
Please note the following:
- Registrations that have already been paid, duplicate registrations, or refunds cannot be processed.
- Changes to registration details that would result in a fee adjustment cannot be accommodated once payment has been completed.
- We encourage careful review of your registration details before submitting payment.
